About Us
The Philosophy of the organization is very much evident in the meaning of the name of the organization – SHUDHA, nectar of life. To extend the hand of cooperation towards the humanity is the principle aspect of the organizational philosophy – help the destitute, help the humanity. Precisely, the philosophy of SHUDHA is to set a process of sustainable development among the destitutes and underprivileged.
According to Kohlberg’s cognitive developmental theory, children’s cognitive organization of the world around them is the basis for their gender development (Kohlberg 1966). Kohlberg proposed that between the ages of 2 and 7 years, children make cognitive judgments about their gender identity (whether they are a boy or a girl) and then come to understand that gender is constant over time and situation. This understanding about gender becomes the foundation for further gender development. Shudha help to improve this development in a clinical way.
Shudha Supports Group cognition ,which is a social, largely linguistic phenomenon whereby a group of people produce a sequence of utterances that performs a cognitive act. That is, if a similar sequence was uttered or thought by an individual it would be considered an act of cognition or thinking. The group can be a small group, such as 3-5 people talking together or working together online. The group can also be a larger collective, such as a classroom of students or a global community contributing asynchronously to an extended discourse on a problem or topic or to a knowledge repository
Long-term care must be designed to facilitate the dignity, autonomy and personal wishes of older people while keeping them connected to their community and social networks. A recent study featured by CBC News shows that there is an increasing trend in declining wage, staff shortage and job dissatisfaction among Ontario, Canada’s personal support workers (PSW). “We want to make sure we’re treating our elderly people with care, as human beings, and not as parts on an assembly line,” said Brian Dijkema, co-author of the study. Shudha supports elderly care in a way so that they get to spent their last time in a way like never before.
Old Age can be a time of self-fulfillment and happiness. But it must be lived properly. Most people have the possibility to live themselves the first time in their lives. But they misunderstand self-realization as the way of acting out the external needs. Living the external needs is for a short time of interest, but in the long run, it’s rather unsatisfactory. It does not really make you happy in the depths of your soul. At old age, inner happiness must be cultivated. The path of inner happiness is extremely necessary. Shudha works their hardest to spread happiness among everybody.

Khokon Shudha
Coming out from a really privileged background, Razaul Karim Khokon was always moved by the poverty and struggle tho unprivileged people had in Bangladesh. from that feeling of doing something for the underlying people, Razaul Karim always tried to do something for the outcast from the very beginning of his life hence in 2001 “shudha” was formed. with his organization, Razaul Karim did his level best to provide a sustainable solution for the outcasts and homeless people across the country. Razaul Karim mostly concentrates on women empowerment and believes that an educated mother can build an educated society and constantly doing his best to ensure that, not only for the time being but also ensuring sustainability for the upcoming future
